Produced in a facility that processes fish, shellfish, milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Bake from frozen.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Remove fish from packaging and brush both sides of the fish with oil and season with salt, pepper as desired.
Place fish on an aluminum foil lined baking tray.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is achieved.
Ovens vary so additional time may be needed.
