Pre-Cooked Lobsters:Remove lobsters from sealed plastic bag. Bring a full pot of lightly salted water (2 tsp./qt.) to a rolling boil. Place lobsters head first into the boiling water, cover, and boil for approx. 3 minutes. Additional heating is optional, but can result in overcooking.
Best served cold atop a salad or made into lobster rolls, pre-cooked lobsters can be refrigerated for up to 2 days from the day of delivery.
Remove lid and film. Empty the container into a heavy saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until hot (165 degrees). Do not boil.
Product can be heated from frozen or thawed under refrigeration for 24-36 hours.
Lobster Mac and Cheese: Remove lid. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly, starting to brown, and product reaches 165 degrees.
To Bake from Thawed:
Thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges are bubbly, starting to brown, and product reaches 165 degrees.

To Bake from Frozen:
